Rakesh Pandey has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple companies and roles. Rakesh currently serves as an IT Delivery Lead at Zones, Inc., where they manage B2B integrations and implements MS Dynamics 365 ERP & CE for key customers such as Google and Microsoft. Prior to this, Rakesh worked as a Project Manager at Zones, leading the global implementation of MS Dynamics AX ERP across multiple countries.

Earlier in their career, Rakesh worked as a Senior Project Manager at eDynamic, where they successfully delivered programs and projects for American Express and Max New York Life. Rakesh also gained experience as a Project Manager at InfoAxon Technologies Limited, Qualtech Consultants, Orbit InfoSys Pvt. Ltd., INTELLICON PVT LTD, NupuSoft, and Win Medicare Pvt. Ltd.

Throughout their career, Rakesh has demonstrated strong skills in project planning, coordination, estimation, customer management, team management, and Agile methodologies. Rakesh is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Rakesh holds a degree from IIM-C.

Rakesh Pandey completed their Bachelor's degree at Delhi University from 1992 to 1995. In 2007, they obtained their PMP Certification in Project Management from PMI. In 2009, they pursued an EPBM degree in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, in the same year, they achieved the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from ScrumAlliance.
