Russell Jacobs is the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Zoo Atlanta. Russell has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on finance and operations. Russell began their career at The Coca-Cola Company in 1997 as Director of Finance and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the World of Coca-Cola business unit. Russell then became General Manager of the World of Coca-Cola in 2007, a position they held for 11 years. Under their leadership, attendance and ticket revenue increased for eight consecutive years, and total retail sales increased for ten consecutive years. Russell also delivered memorable guest experiences through exhibits, merchandise and people in order to increase brand love and change consumer perceptions. In 2018, they left The Coca-Cola Company to join Zoo Atlanta as CFO & COO.
