Ashley Shalhoup has extensive experience in planning and coordinating events for corporate and social clients. Ashley has worked at ZOO as a Manager of Birthday Parties, Corporate & Group Sales, Wedding Coordinator, and Trainer, and at Knoxville Zoo as an Assistant Manager of Corporate Sales and Wedding Coordinator. Ashley has completed training courses on customer service and training new employees, and has also interned as a Customer Service Representative at Discovery Cove/SeaWorld. Ashley holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with a focus on Event Planning/Wedding planning. Ashley is skilled in event setup, client communication, and employee supervision.
