Jessica Dahdah is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Merchant Operations and Head of Customer Support in Mena Countries at ZoodPay & ZoodMall since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Customer Service Team Manager at TeleSupport International from April 2018 to November 2021 and a Customer Service Officer at UNHCR, where efforts focused on securing financial support for Syrian refugees from May 2015 to April 2017. Jessica holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Law, both from Lebanese University, completed between 2013 and 2018.
