Nataliia Stebletska

Nataliia Stebletska is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Zoolatech since May 2021, Nataliia previously worked as an HR People Partner at Work Around from February 2018 to May 2021, focusing on adaptation, performance reviews, learning and development, and engagement survey support. During tenure at Work Around, responsibilities included direct client communication, labor market research, and managing the adaptation and performance review processes. Prior to this, Nataliia held positions as HR Manager at a fintech company and HR-manager at the Foxtrot Group of Companies, where recruitment and onboarding processes were key responsibilities. Nataliia holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov'​ in Kyiv, along with additional training from SHL.
