Anthony Polazzi

Anthony Polazzi is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a focus on franchising and the restaurant industry. As President and Founder of AP Franchised Concepts, LLC, since February 2016, Anthony has invested in and operated emerging restaurant businesses, addressing the funding and expertise gap for multi-concept operations. In addition, Anthony serves as a Board Member for several companies, including Bean Sprouts Café, Han Dynasty, The Kebab Shop, Zoom Room, Inc., Honor Yoga, MyFitPod, Salubrity, and Raw Jūce, contributing expertise in finance and strategic growth. Anthony also holds the position of President & CEO of Accelerated Franchise Concepts, LLC, which focuses on investing $5.3 million to support emerging franchisors. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 1998.
