Matthew Douglas has extensive experience in broadcast operations, having worked as a Master Control and Ingest Operator at Zoomer Media from March 2009 to November 2016, where responsibilities included on-air presentation, signal monitoring, and ensuring scheduled video and audio continuity. Prior to this, Matthew served as Broadcast Manager and Broadcast Assistant at Celebrity Cruises from January 2006 to November 2008, focusing on training new hires and scheduling content for multiple channels. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Electromechanical Technology from George Brown College (2010-2013) and a Diploma in Broadcast Communications from Fanshawe College (2002-2004).
