James Vale

James Vale has over two decades of work experience in the industry. James started their career at Givaudan as an Encapsulation Scientist in 1999, later becoming a Beverage Scientist II and eventually a Group Leader/Senior Scientist until 2014. James then joined Wild Flavors & Specialty Ingredients as a Senior Manager in Research and Development from March 2014 to October 2020. James also worked at WILD Flavors, Inc. as a Key Account Technical Manager during the same period. In 2020, they joined Archer Daniels Midland as the Director of Human Nutrition Science & Technology until April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Research and Development at ZoomEssence, Inc since April 2022.

James Vale earned their Bachelor's degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Ohio University, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. James later pursued a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry at the University of Cincinnati, studying from 2002 to 2004.
