Emily Trumbo is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Emily serves as Manager of Customer Success for both Enterprise and Mid-Market VIP segments at ZoomInfo since September 2023. Prior to this role, Emily spent nearly four years at Exterro, first as Director of Client Success where leadership included a team of 11 Client Success Managers and responsibility for $45 million in annual renewals, and previously as Manager of Client Success. At NAVEX Global, Emily held various positions including Senior Manager of Client Experience and Customer Success Manager, consistently achieving high retention rates and developing key client success initiatives. Emily's early career included a position as a Personal Banker at U.S. Bank. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington and attended The George Washington University.
