Shay Mania

Shay Mania has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. They started their career at the Israeli Air Force in 2004 as a Software Developer and later became a Development Team Manager. They then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2010 as a Development Team Manager and eventually became a Development Team Manager for Big Data Analytics and DevOps. In 2017, they joined Fortscale as a Director of Engineering before moving to RSA Security in 2018 for the same role. Most recently, Shay Mania has been working at ZoomInfo, initially as a Senior Director of Engineering and currently serving as the VP of Engineering.

Shay Mania obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, from the years 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Shay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
