Jules Flynn has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey before becoming a Consultant at the World Bank in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Jules served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. In 2010, they joined the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where they held roles as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and later as the Chief Recovery and Resiliency Officer for the Subways.

In 2014, Jules transitioned to General Assembly, where they served as an Instructor for Business Fundamentals and Tactics. Following their time at General Assembly, Jules worked as the General Manager of Citi Bike, operated by Motivate, from 2015 to 2017. They continued their career at Motivate International Inc., where they served as the Executive Vice President of Operations from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Jules joined Lyft as the VP and Head of Operations for Lyft Bikes and Scooters. They held this position until 2022. Currently, Jules serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Zoomo, starting their role in February 2022. Jules also serves as a Board Member at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy since 2011.

Jules Flynn's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled in the University of Melbourne. They pursued a combined degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce. This educational pursuit lasted until 2001.
