Catrin Anderson

Catrin Anderson is the Chief People Officer at Zoopla. Catrin has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Anderson started their career as an Assistant Centre Director at Berlitz in 1996. Catrin then became a Project Manager for recruitment at SBR in 1998. In 2000, they became the HR Director at SiteBurst.

Anderson then moved to Amazon in 2012, where they became the Head of Corporate Executive Recruitment UK. In 2016, they were promoted to Principal Corporate Executive Recruitment EU. Catrin left Amazon in 2018 to join ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Interim). Anderson then joined Dyson in December 2016 as their Global Talent Acquisition Director.

Anderson is currently the Chief People Officer at Zoopla, a position they have held since May 2019.

Catrin Anderson graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Modern & Medieval Languages, specializing in French & German.

They are on a team with David Wascha - Chief Product and Technology Officer, Andy Marshall - Chief Commercial Officer, and Gary Bramall - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Charlie Bryant, CEO.
