Richard Donnell

Richard Donnell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the property and real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Zoopla since January 2019 and at Houseful since September 2023, Richard is also the Independent Board Chair at Good Place Lettings since September 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Director at Hometrack for over 13 years, where responsibilities included leading the Land and Property market intelligence business, providing analytics to various stakeholders, and offering market insights through national media appearances. Prior to that, Richard was a Director in the Research & Consultancy division at Savills from March 1994 to October 2005, where leadership began at a young age of 28. Richard holds a BSc in Estate Management from Kingston University and completed earlier education at Loughborough Grammar School.
