Tomasz Gągor

Tomasz Gągor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tomasz most recently worked at zooplus as a People Lead, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of DevOps Engineer at zooplus since February 2019. Before joining zooplus, Tomasz worked at OEConnection (OEC), where they served as a Senior DevOps Engineer from May 2017 to January 2019. Tomasz also worked at Clifford Thames as a DevOps Engineer from November 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, Tomasz gained experience as a Senior System Administrator and System Administrator/DevOps at Grupa Interia.pl, where they were responsible for building, managing, and monitoring clustered, distributed hosting services for clients, as well as building automation and deployment scripts using Chef. Tomasz was with Grupa Interia.pl from February 2014 to October 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Veracomp SA as Deputy Head of IT Department from February 2011 to February 2014, and as a System and Network Administrator from April 2008 to February 2011. Tomasz also has experience as a Network Administrator on a student's dormitory at AGH University of Science and Technology from May 2005 to June 2008, and as a PHP Programmer at Portalia from May 2006 to October 2006.

Tomasz Gągor earned a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from AGH University of Krakow, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Tomasz also completed postgraduate studies in Modern Network and Telecommunication Services at AGH University of Krakow from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Foundation for Istio by Solo.io and Zero BS Projects (Project Management) in 2021.
