Erin Lightfoot

Erin Lightfoot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, strategic advisory, and leadership roles within the tourism and events industry. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at HERO since February 2022, Erin also holds a position as a Board Member for Zoos Victoria. As the Director of Lightfoot i1, established in 2006, Erin provides consultancy services focused on business growth and strategy across Victoria and Australasia. Previous roles include Director at Magnum Opus Partners, Chief Executive Officer for Victoria Tourism Industry Council and St Kilda Tourism and Events, and General Manager Marketing for the Melbourne Aquarium and Underwater World Sunshine Coast.
