Emily Winchester

Emily Winchester has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Emily is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at Zoovu since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant and then as the Vice President of Human Resources at Volly from November 2019 to March 2022. Emily also has experience in remote HR contract and consulting work for pharmaceutical companies from May 2019 to October 2019. Before that, they served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Concordia International (formerly AMCo) from November 2015 to May 2019, where they worked closely with global HR teams to deliver value strategies and talent acquisition strategies. Emily also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Complete Medical Homecare from March 2014 to December 2015, overseeing HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations. Emily has also worked as a Contractor at Amarr Garage Doors in 2013 and as a Human Resources Manager at PlattForm Advertising from November 2007 to April 2012, where they managed HR initiatives, led a team, and supported corporate revenue goals. Emily has also worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant from 2012 to 2013.

Emily Winchester earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, between 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Ottawa University.
