Kate Garcia

Kate Garcia serves as the VP of Global Human Resources at Tealium, with responsibilities including global benefits design, compensation processes, and new entity establishment since November 2019. Previously, Kate was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Limelight Networks, where a full HR function was launched pre-IPO, overseeing practices such as recruitment, employee relations, and international HR across 12 countries. Additional roles include Corporate HR Manager at AutoNation and Senior Employee Relations Advisor at USAA. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
