Erfan Farhikhteh

Erfan Farhikhteh, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Business Systems at Zoovu, where responsibilities include leading a $750k digital transformation program focused on enhancing enterprise systems for scalability, security, and user experience. Previously, Erfan was Senior Enterprise Architect at Fiix by Rockwell Automation, where architectural design improvements enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency through cloud-based solutions. Prior roles include Salesforce Solution Architect, Product and Applications Manager, and Salesforce Business Analyst at Vision Critical, where Erfan led the transition to cloud-based systems and managed significant technology project portfolios. Early career experience includes roles as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Riddhima Inc. and Salesforce Administrator at NIOPDC, as well as a Test Engineer at Noandish Inc. Erfan holds a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
