Feargal Moorhead

Feargal Moorhead is the current Chief People Officer at Zoox. Moorhead has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), with a focus on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Moorhead began their career at Intel Corporation in 2004 as an HR Manager for the Logic Technology Development Group. In 2009, they became the HR Manager for Digital Healthcare, and in 2010 they became the HR Employee Engagement Manager for the Architecture Group. From 2010 to 2013, Moorhead was responsible for coaching 15 senior leaders, forming leadership teams, and reorganizing business groups.

In 2015, Moorhead became the Business Human Resources Director for the Product Development Group. The following year, they took on the same role for Communication and Devices Group. In 2016, they became the Senior HR Director for the Data Center Group. In 2018, Moorhead became the Senior HR Director for Silicon Engineering Group. And finally, in 2020, they became the Senior HR Director for Intel Architecture Graphics and Software.

During their time at Intel Corporation, Moorhead has been responsible for a number of initiatives that have had a positive impact on the company. These include producing more than 50 transparent career paths, reducing executive costs by $7M, increasing R&D output, and eliminating 90% of third-party vendors.

Feargal Moorhead has a bachelors in business marketing from Dublin Business School and a diploma in business studies marketing from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
