Joanna Bueche

Joanna Bueche is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Manager of the People Experience Generalist Team and People Partner at Zoox since March 2023. Previously, Joanna was the Director of Human Resources at Everlaw, where responsibilities included scaling HR policies for a fast-growing SaaS company and managing HR Operations and People Partner teams. Joanna's extensive background includes serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at BlackRock, where oversight of APAC HR Operations and talent mobility was provided, as well as experience as a Principal at Barclays Global Investors, focusing on talent lifecycle management and job architecture. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
