Maria Calvo

Maria Calvo is an experienced design manager specializing in product experience, currently holding a position at Zoox since October 2021. Previously, Maria spent over seven years at Dyson, where roles included Lead HMI Design Engineer and Senior HMI Design Engineer, contributing to Human Machine Interface projects for various product categories such as Dyson Pure Hot and Cool and Airwrap. Earlier experience includes work as a User Interface Design Engineer at SepsaMedha S.L.U., focused on data handling and interface development for train power systems, and as a Systems Integration Engineer at Chemo, engaging in technical negotiations for a pharmaceutical production facility in China. Maria holds a Master of Science in Integrated Product Design from Brunel University of London and completed professional education at MIT in 2020.
