Sourav Pramanik, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of autonomous vehicles and engineering research and development. Currently serving as the Engineering Lead at Zoox, Sourav has previously held significant positions including Senior System Engineer and Motion Planning Architect at Argo AI, and Regional Director of Engineering R&D for North America at Tata Technologies. Sourav's earlier roles at Cummins Inc. included Designer/Solution Architect, Senior Technical Lead, and Technical Leader, contributing to diverse technical consulting projects. Sourav holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Nanodegree in Self Driving Cars from Udacity.
