Peri Bromley has extensive experience in complaint management and customer service. Currently serving as Auto Complaints Manager at Zopa since May 2020, Peri has also held roles as Auto Complaints Team Leader and Complaints Handler within the same company. Prior to Zopa, Peri worked as a Complaints Handler at Oodle Car Finance from July 2019 to March 2020 and as Business Support Team Leader at Health Assured in early 2019. Peri's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where a combination of team management and service roles was undertaken from April 2005 to July 2018.
