Cynthia Jackson

Cynthia Jackson has extensive experience in the customer service and service coordination fields, currently serving as a Service Coordinator at Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies since May 2017. In this role, Cynthia directly coordinates, monitors, and improves field service activities, providing support and guidance to service personnel for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed in 2015, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from DeVry University, earned in 2014.
