Prior to that, Runa held various leadership roles at companies like Tiens, Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC, Avon, ORIFLAME COSMETICS, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, FamilyCredit Limited, and ICICI Lombard. With a strong background in sales, business development, and operations, Runa has a proven track record of successfully setting up and managing sales operations, driving business growth, and leading teams to achieve goals. Runa holds a degree from the University of Calcutta and completed their schooling at Bidya Bharati Girls' High School in Kolkata.
