Karen Pippel

Karen Pippel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently, Karen serves as Projectmedewerker P&O at Zorgcentra De Betuwe, engaging in organization-wide HR projects and translating external developments and regulations into policy implications. Prior to this, Karen held the position of HR-adviseur at Carante Groep, acting as the primary contact for collaborative partners regarding the implementation and optimization of E-HRM applications, and initiated multiple project groups in this area. From September 2000 to June 2013, Karen worked as an HR Business Partner at Stichting Zorgcentra De Betuwe, focusing on developing and implementing new HR policies. Karen also contributed to education as a part-time instructor at Hogeschool HBO Nederland, creating curricula on various management and psychology topics, and has held diverse HR roles from 1991 to 2000, advising management teams on personnel policies. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Opleidingskunde from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Personeel en Arbeid from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
