Miranda de Vries

Miranda de Vries currently serves as Kamerheer at Dienst van het Koninklijk Huis since March 2024, providing support and advice for royal visits in various regions. Additionally, Miranda de Vries holds the position of Voorzitter raad van bestuur at Zorggroep Elde Maasduinen and has been a member and former chairman of the Raad van Toezicht at tanteLouise since June 2021. In a recent role as a bestuurslid at Lodewijkstichting, Miranda de Vries contributes to financial support in elderly care and care for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes serving as voorzitter of GGD West-Brabant’s board from March 2019 to January 2023 and as Burgemeester of Gemeente Etten-Leur from December 2017 to January 2023. Miranda de Vries's public service journey also includes membership in the Raad voor het Openbaar Bestuur and leadership roles in various organizations dedicated to equal treatment and local governance. Educational achievements include a PhD in politicologie and a master's degree from Radboud University.
