Fulya Bicak Mustu

Fulya Bicak Mustu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT field. Fulya is currently the IT & Business Development Director at Zorlu Energy Group. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Poliport Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. Fulya also worked as a Recruitment Consultant & Farmer at Talentra. Fulya held the position of IT Director and was a member of the Executive Committee at HD Holding, where they played a key role in setting up "Way of Working" and restructuring the IT department to support the company's growth. Before that, they were the Director of IT & Management Systems and a member of the Executive Committee at Balparmak. Fulya has also contributed their expertise as the IT Director and Head of Information Technology and Business Process Management at Evyap Holding, where they developed and executed IT strategies and managed multiple locations and teams. Additionally, Fulya served as a Board Member & Vice President at itSMF Turkey, an international forum for IT Service Management professionals. Fulya has experience in information systems management at Celebi Holding, Celebi Ground Handling Inc., and British American Tobacco.

Fulya Bicak Mustu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University from 1991 to 1995.
