Abdurrahman Yasar

Abdurrahman Yasar has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Drilling Manager at Zorlu Geothermal since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing drilling and workover activities in geothermal fields. Previously, Abdurrahman Yasar worked at TPAO from January 1984 to March 2008 in various roles, including Head of Logistics, Construction and Procurement Department, where budgeting, logistics, asset management, and materials procurement were key tasks. As a member of the Research and Development Department, Abdurrahman Yasar provided crucial guidance to the board of directors. Earlier in the career, Abdurrahman Yasar was Head of Machinery and Maintenance Department and managed all drilling, work-over, and logistics activities in the TPAO Adiyaman District. Abdurrahman Yasar holds a BS and MSc in Petroleum from Istanbul Technical University, completed between 1967 and 1972.
