Julie Davilla

Julie Davilla has extensive experience in process development and manufacturing within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently, as the Manager of Process Development at Zosano Pharma since May 2015, Julie oversees commercial manufacturing scale-up, process optimization, and project management for microneedle patch delivery systems. Prior roles include Process Development Engineer and Process Engineer at Zosano Pharma, Bioprocess Engineer at BD, and Process Development Engineer at Alexza Pharmaceuticals, where Julie contributed to the development and production of various medical products. Julie began a career in process engineering at Lifescan, Inc., focused on diabetic testing supplies. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University.
