Mike Rust has extensive experience in leadership and management within the construction and plastics industries, currently serving as Global Development Manager for T-Fit® at ZOTEFOAMS since September 2016. Previously, Mike held key positions at Armacell UK Ltd, including General Manager and Business Director in South Holland, Illinois, where revenues consistently increased. As Chief Marketing Officer at Trocellen GmbH, Mike was responsible for sales and marketing strategy, while earlier at Trocellen SEA Malaysia, Mike transformed a struggling business into a profitable entity. Mike's career began at Diamant Boart (UK) Ltd, where progression from Trainee Sales Engineer to UK Sales Manager was achieved. An educational background includes studies at Sale Grammar School and Ashton on Mersey.
