Ogunleye Abel Oluwasegun

Abel is an Agriculturist and Value Chain expert with over seven years of field/working experience promoting sustainable and profitable farming systems, good traceability across agricultural production value chains, and ensuring good livelihood for smallholder farmers in the Sub-Saharan region.

Previously, he worked across Olam Cocoa and AFEX Commodities, managing smallholder farmers. Presently, he has now joined their field team in helping Zowasel’s network of cocoa farmers to improve their cultivation practises in order to grow more crops, sell on the Zowasel marketplace and earn more from their harvest.

He is a dedicated, conscientious, and highly responsible team player and holds an MBA in Agricultural Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria.
