Filip also served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Move Ventures from September 2020 to January 2023. Filip has also been actively involved in several organizations, including RevGenius and Modern Sales Pros, as a member. Additionally, they have held advisory roles at Trusted Twin, Seek AI, Row64, Position², and Nimble Way, providing strategic guidance and support. Previously, they served as the Founding Partner - LATAM at Velis Real Estate Tech. In 2003-2006, they attended Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

From 2005 to 2006, they studied International Business at the University of Navarra.

From 2010 to 2012, Filip pursued an MBA degree at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in Business Administration.

In 2012, they participated in the Babson Entrepreneurship Program at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Filip Karwala also holds additional certifications. In 2014, they completed the Sandler Sales Foundations & Advanced Sales Skills training at Sandler Training.
