Daan Schuurman

Daan Schuurman currently serves as Directeur Vastgoed, Duurzaamheid & Facilitaire Dienst at Zozijn, starting in November 2023, overseeing real estate, sustainability, safety, and facility services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Prior to this, Daan held the position of Director Acquisitions & Business Development for Dutch Operations at Aroundtown Management NL from July 2019 to January 2023, managing acquisitions and dispositions across multiple countries and advancing business development initiatives. Daan was previously Managing Director at LRC Group from September 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included establishing the Dutch office and expanding the asset under management to over EUR 1 billion. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at INTERNOS Global Investors and DTZ Zadelhoff. Daan holds an MSc in European Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
