Maddie Carinci

Maddie Carinci is the Director of Delivery for ZPS at ZP Group. Maddie has been with the company since March 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for finding great candidates interested in joining one of the country's fastest growing recruiting and consulting firms.

Prior to their current role, Maddie was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with ZP Group. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies to help them from a Staff Augmentation perspective and a Consulting Services perspective.

Maddie has also worked as a Relationship Manager with Apex Systems. In this role, they were responsible for creating and maintaining the relationship between Apex and Major telecom clients. Maddie also served as an subject matter expert for their dedicated Telecom accounts.

Maddie Carinci has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salisbury University. Maddie also has a degree in Business Sustainability from Arizona State University. Maddie Carinci graduated with merit from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
