Katja Kobolt is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie research fellow at ZRC SAZU – Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts since October 2021. Previously, Katja served as a Dozentin at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from October 2013 to March 2014. Other professional experiences include producing for A Space Called Public from November 2012 to September 2013, curating and coordinating the Cross Border Experience project in 2011, and acting as the artistic co-director for the City of Women from August 2006 to December 2008. Katja holds a PhD in Transdisciplinary Literary Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2002-2006) and a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory, Journalism from the University of Ljubljana (1996-2002).
