Kate Bullis

Kate Bullis is currently the Global Marketing & Growth Practice Leader at ZRG Partners, LLC, following the acquisition of SEBA Executive Search, where Bullis served as Co-Leader of the Global Marketing & Growth Practice until May 2024. As a Board Member at Xapa and a member of Chief, Bullis actively contributes to initiatives focused on personal enrichment and empowering women leaders. Additionally, Bullis holds a position on the Board of Advisors for the Product Marketing Community, connecting B2B marketing executives. Past experience includes leadership roles at AESC as Chair Emeritus of the Americas Council and at A-L Associates, where Bullis specialized in executive searches for technology and manufacturing sectors. Bullis holds a BA from Dickinson College.
