Patrik Staffansson's work experience began in 2005 with a sales role at TeliaSonera. From there, they worked as a Personal Trainer and Sales Representative at World Class. In 2007, they became an Account Manager at NRG Scandinavia. Following this, they owned Xtravaganza Fridhemsplan & Bromma from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they started working as an Account Manager at Live it Experiences AB Sweden, specializing in B2B sales and corporate experiences. In 2013, they became an Affärsansvarig at Dale Carnegie Sweden, working in sales with training programs. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Ricoh Sverige AB, focusing on document and print solutions. In 2019, they became a Sales Manager at Real Time Services, responsible for sales towards SMB customers. Lastly, in 2020, they co-founded Salesonomics and became the Head of Sales, working to accelerate growth in companies.

Patrik Staffansson has a varied education history. In 2001-2004, they attended Frans Schartau and obtained a Gymnasium/High School degree. In 2005-2006, they attended the Personal Training School. In 2012-2013, they studied Företagsekonomi at Blekinge Institute of Technology. Additionally, Patrik has obtained several certifications, including "Skapa resultat i team" from Dale Carnegie Sweden in March 2015, "Strategiska Presentationer" from Dale Carnegie Sweden in 2014, "Kommunikation och ledarskap" from Dale Carnegie Sweden in March 2013, and "Professionell försäljning" from Dale Carnegie Sweden in 2013. Patrik also holds a certification as a Veeam Certified Sales Professional 2020 from Veeam Software.
