Lydia Gratwick

Lydia Gratwick currently serves as the Global Practice Business Development Manager and Project Coordinator at ZRG Partners, LLC, starting in February 2022. In this role, Lydia oversees executive search project lifecycles, manages client relationships, and ensures effective communication throughout project execution. Previous experience includes positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University, a Community Outreach Intern at Perimeter Church, a Hostess at J. Alexander's Restaurants, a Marketing Intern at Frenik Marketing Group, and an intern with the City of Peachtree Corners. Lydia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Mississippi State University, having completed initial studies at the same institution from 2017 to 2021.
