Rachael Thor

Rachael Thor is an accomplished leader in the executive search industry, currently serving as the Director of Search Operations at ZRG Partners, LLC since January 2020. In this role, Rachael has successfully led and developed a high-performing team of over 25 Recruiters, Researchers, and Project Coordinators, enhancing team performance through strategic resource assignment. Prior to this position, Rachael spent 16 years at Toft Group Executive Search, another ZRG Company, focusing on customer experience within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Rachael's career also includes experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Nakahara and Grisanti, DDS, and Dr. Sharon Albright, DDS. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of the Pacific.
