Susan Wilson

Susan Wilson serves as the Managing Director and Global Board Practice Leader at ZRG Partners, LLC since June 2023, driving innovative executive search solutions through the firm's advanced digital Zi platform. Previously, Susan held various leadership positions at JamesDruryPartners, including Managing Director, Senior Partner, and Partner from 2010 to 2023, providing expertise in board advisory services for director recruitment. Early career experience includes a Senior Associate role at DHR International specializing in C-suite searches, as well as merchant positions at Creative Kidstuff and Target, where a strong retail focus was developed. Susan began professional training as an Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Susan holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
