Asik Hossain

Asik Hossain currently serves as a Senior Platform Support Engineer at ZS, starting in December 2022, where responsibilities include providing technical support and addressing client-reported issues in collaboration with Cloud and Database teams. Prior to this role, Asik held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2017 to December 2022, including Application Support Lead, where leadership of a team of six associates was essential for achieving application technology targets, and significant improvements were made in alert management.
