Carol Chang

Carol Chang is currently working as a Strategy Insights & Planning Manager at ZS. Prior to that, Carol held the position of Vice President at Ipsos after GfK Health was acquired by Ipsos. With a background in various research and project management roles at companies such as GfK, TNS, Lightspeed Research, LiveWorld Research Services, and Advertising Research Corporation, Carol brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Carol graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
