Marc Lafleur

Marc Lafleur is currently the Senior Director of Human Centered Design at ZS, where Marc leads efforts to solve complex challenges in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Previously, Marc worked as a Partner in Human Centered Design at Cognizant and as the Director of Strategy at Gemic. Marc has a background in Anthropology, with degrees from York University and McGill University. Marc has also taught courses at various universities and has a strong belief in improving health experiences through better design and understanding.
