Nadia Huffer

Nadia Huffer is currently a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant at ZS, having joined the firm in October 2022. Previously, Nadia completed an MBA with a specialization in Strategy at NYU Stern School of Business while also serving as AVP of Collaboration in the Stern Student Government. Nadia's experience includes a Human Rights Fellowship at Microsoft, where responsibilities involved designing the Human Rights Annual Report and conducting impactful research related to AI ethics and digital safety. Nadia has extensive expertise in employment services, demonstrated during tenure at Upwardly Global, where significant initiatives led to increased client access to healthcare and high placement rates for skilled immigrants. Additional roles include Volunteer Coordinator at Catholic Charities, Health Education Specialist and Youth Development Specialist with the Peace Corps, and curriculum development as a Volunteer Teacher. Education includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy from Barnard College and Columbia University.
