Poonam Dalal is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent business partnering, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), branding, and leadership, currently serving as a Senior HR Associate at ZS since December 2014. Prior experience includes a role in sourcing and recruitment at Capgemini from June 2013 to November 2014, where proficiency in meeting client requirements through various sourcing channels was demonstrated. Poonam Dalal is pursuing an Executive Development Programme in Strategic HR Business Partnering at XLRI Jamshedpur (March 2024 - January 2025) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Human Resources from Indira Group of Institutes (2012 - 2014) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Fergusson College (July 2008 - 2012).
