Rachel Kempler

Rachel Kempler has been working in the legal field for over two decades, currently holding the position of Senior Director / Deputy General Counsel at ZS. Rachel has extensive experience in corporate and regulatory healthcare matters, commercial transactions, compliance, litigation, disputes, and IP strategy. Rachel previously worked at McGuireWoods as an Associate Attorney in the Healthcare Department and at Mayer Brown as an Associate Attorney in the Government Relations Department. Rachel holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
