Shaily Gupta is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in delivering complex projects in technology and operational domains. As a Senior Project Manager/PMO at ZS since October 2018, Shaily Gupta has been responsible for developing detailed work plans, tracking team progress, managing resources, and ensuring project success through effective communication and operational readiness activities.
