Kiran Gowda

Kiran Gowda is an experienced professional in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Manager at Zscaler since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team of Tenured Engineers and achieving significant improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction. Prior to Zscaler, Kiran worked at Mindtree as a Technical Lead from March 2014 to March 2019, managing transition projects and mentoring a team of 30 technical engineers, successfully migrating over one million customers to Zscaler Cloud without operational challenges.
