Mariela Vidolova

Mariela Vidolova is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology and corporate law. Currently serving as Director and Lead Commercial Counsel at Zscaler since October 2016, Mariela previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Check Point Software Technologies and senior positions at TechMark a Law Corporation, where Mariela offered legal guidance on trademarks, copyrights, and business regulations, as well as advising on intellectual property strategies. Additional roles include legal support at Deloitte & Touche and project management at Ask Jeeves, Inc. Mariela holds a Master's of Law (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of West London, and a Master's in Jurisprudence from UNSS in Sofia, Bulgaria.
